    HI marie, mine is up just now. Just came from the gym and am glad to really toot about my little accomplishment out there. hehehe

    What’s salsa cardio? how do you do that? Am glad am not the only one into this lose weight thing. It’s inspiring to know about it. :)

    Happy 4th wk to Toot and am glad to be part of the 4 weeks. Hope I win this time. But even this it is ok — am enjoying the meme. :)

    Thanks ladies for playing along.

    Arlene - Salsa Cardio is an aerobic class in my local YMCA where the instructor teaches you how to dance the “Salsa”. It’s a lot of fun!
