Video Blog#13 - How to Make Shepherd’s Pie
My friend Kelly has been twittering and utter-ing about Shepherd’s Pie. She got an easy recipe from Sandra of FamilyFoodies.com so I thought I’d give it a try. Here is a video of me making it - it is soooo very easy and great for left overs. If you have never tried it - try making it and let me know what you think. I make my own version of this too…I totally cheat and use fake potatoes (takes to long to make my own…lol) and I only add corn to it. So basically mine is nothing but potatoes, hamburger with cream of mushroom soup and corn. Never tried it with cheese on top.
Oh man I know what I’m making this weekend now! LOL
