Friday Faves - Scary Movie

It’s a few days before Halloween and of course you know what that means … it’s the time for scary movies. Now, I’m not really into “Scary Movies” - you see, if I watch something too freaky, I’ll end up dreaming of it. But I do watch some especially if I am watching with my family. I only have one favorite scary movie so far … and it’s “Sixth Sense” - I like the twist of the story - one movie that really freaked me out is “The Grudge” - especially because my son looked like the little boy in the movie. How about you what’s your favorite scary movie?

If you want to join us in our Friday Meme - go ahead and post your Favorite Scary Movie in your blog and link back to MommyCommunity.com. I love scary movies but I enjoy them even more during Halloween! Some of my favorites aren’t all that scary though. I like Hocus Pocus, It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, and the old Garfield Halloween for the kids. The Craft for me. I also like Halloween H20. I recently saw the new Halloween too! It was gross but not that scary. I’ll watch just about anything. I do have to agree that The Grudge is pretty scary!

I don’t like scary movies so I chose “Scary Movie” made me jump in my seat a couple times, but that was followed by laughing!

I am so so on scary movies. I sometimes like them but not much anymore. When I was younger, I loved them. Is that a sign of aging?
    ICK!

Sorry Chris! Not liking scary movies is not a sign of aging because I am old…er and I still love them! However nowdays a lot of the “scary movies” aren’t really at all. I don’t know what to call them!
    Anyway…mine is up!

I’ll take a psychological thriller over blood and guts anyday! Another fave I forgot to mention in my post is Psycho. Hitchcock didn’t need any kind of blood to scare you!
