This weeks topic is Kitchen Gadget. If you are like me – you spend a good deal of time preparing meals for your hungry family. What is your most favorite kitchen gadget? Well – I have a few faves but for now – I think my #1 fave is my garlic press. It makes adding garlic to dishes soooo easy – I love garlic – it makes most food yummy! My Pampered Chef garlic press is so easy to use and I would go crazy if I misplace it. How about you … care to share you favorite kitchen gadget?

My favorite kitchen gadget would be a tie between my apple corer and my salad spinner. With my new healthy eating plan, I wouldn’t be able to live without either one.

For our garlic crusher at home, I used the knife or the butt of the 6 oz coke bottle.
