Hey you! Welcome back!
Here’s a trick I used to do when my kids were toddlers. If they were being noisy or fuzzy – and I wanted them to be quiet, I would go up to their ear and whisper as I talk to them. Because they wanted to hear what I was saying … they usually quiet down. My kids are older now – but I still get to use this trick with my little neice and nephews.

Thanks for the reminder – I usually end up yelling to tell my kids to be quiet (ironic, I know). I found that whispering works too. Visit my site http://www.familybriefs.com for a wiggly diaper change solution

Quieting yourself is a great way to calm down a loud child. They’ll hush to hear you and they’ll feel calmer from your calmness.
